netzeffekt developed the components of the welcome mailing in close cooperation with the TCS. Particular emphasis was placed on the visual design of the mailing and user guidance. In order to perfect the personalization, parameters in the Salesforce Marketing Cloud were defined, which automatically integrate the user data as part of the mailing.
The welcome mailing is a true success. With an unique opening rate of more than 70% and an unique click rate of 45%, the mailing is met with an incredible response. The new customer receives all the information he has provided when registering for membership at a single glance. The type of membership and its components are explained, the member receives their membership number and is asked to register in the TCS Club. Furthermore, they are pointed to the TCS app and the benefits program, in which many other benefits await their discovery.
